They aproaved my claim after an accident in 24hours my car is now fixed and look brand new again , thank you frida for efficient service .
My car was settled before but the debit order still run why cause my car is settled? I cant even log in to thier portal anymore since my car is settled i cant get hold of anyone from customer care, they never respond to email to get a paid up letter

They app**** for finance for me i explained that i ddnt want a ballon payment and they agreed came back to me that i was approaved and told me what the installment was i refused and told them its too expensive to my suprice they called me bqck and sais they spoke to management to agree to give me a discount to what i wanted to pay . Little did i know that they app**** for ballon for me with out my consent and signed the application . I ve called countless time to cancel the sale/contract and they hang up on me and say i must discuss with my bank . Am still with in the 7 days cooling period which means the car still belong to the dealership , bank said i must ask the dealer to send the cancellation form and the dealership doesn't Want this is frustrating and i want to get out of this contract. I went there again yesterday to return the car management was not there n they couldn’t help me finance department said theres nothing they cant do , now i will be having a car i cant afford cause of this guys , all i wanted was an entry level car with low installment and no ballon .</div>
They made some shady deal with my dealership , sales agent signed the bank finance contract with out my consent , now the sales agent said i must deal with marquis finance and marquis said i must deal with the agent , they are giving me a run around and its frustrating this is *****
