Disappointed customer
I'm so disappointed at woolworths online, there service is pathetic. I order few items online on the 15th of May 2024, didn't received any communication from them whatsoever and today a lady is calling me saying my order was returned after numerous attempts to reach me. I asked her how come she's saying, I didn't put a contact details on my order but she is able to contact me? I'm never buying anything online and they should improve their service.

Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer, I bought a dress(Textured tiered maxi sundress, color Green)at Foschini Gateway theater of shopping in Durban early January. Yesterday decided to wear my dress for the very first time and it was turned. It's not the first time something like this happens. I'm so disappointed.
