DMS plumbing
I had an underground leakage at my home. I became aware of it through by municipality Bill and Phone my insurance Absa idrect. They send out the above plumbers. The guys did a good job. To have a reduction on my waterbill, i need a report from them, but now they ask 450+tax to issues it to me. I already paid a excess of R1000 upfront. I contacted 3 days ago my insurance and up till now did not hear Anything from them. I really feel that this company is unfair to ask money when they got already paid from my insurance and i need it urgently. Im really disgusted by this moneymaking really. Can You please help me in getting it from the company. The owner have the audesity to tell me the one from the insurance is not the one that City of cape town need, so that i can pay him. I must still pay a huge Bill. My clamnr is5495416.

Good day I would like you to help me. Due to the rising cost of living and interest rate that keeps on going up, I contacted my Bond people which is SA Homeloans, for a reduction for 6 months or more on my premium. I also explain why I need it, because of my husbands medical condition(dialysis). Huge was my disappointment when they just email me back with a Sorry but they cannot help me. I have a homelaon with them for 12 years
I have a homelaon with them for 12 years. I'm not in arrears. I asked them if they can give me a relieve for 6 months on my bond, maybe half, they simply just send me a email back they are sorry they cannot. In the light of the rising interest rate Im going to difficulty. Can you help me
