Cancellation of subscription
My contract was for 24months its finished. I can not cancell the contract. No agent or store can assist with cancellation. My premium has even gone up. I dont need the service anymore. Cancell it and stop deducting my money

Delayed Package
I have been waiting for my package since 20 Jan 2024. It was supposed to be delivered in Bloemfontein it ended up in Empangeni how I dnt know. I can not track it even today. Yesterday I was told the locker is offline. Will I ever get my package. I can not continue with my work as this is costing me everyday
