Any account related enquiries gets you thrown from pillar to post. They will tell you that something has been done, give you contact numbers only to find that NOTHING was done. Their alleged turn around time is 24-72 hours, I am currently sitting with absolutely no solution for 5 DAYS!!! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL
Please DO NOT use this company as they break more than fixing, their employees refuse to take accountability. They lack communication and just pitch up at your house unannounced.
I've had a contract with back in 2019, and requested to have it cancelled - which it "was" or so I thought.. It's 2024 and they're still billing me? REALLY Telkom? I CANCELLED THE SO-CALLED SERVICE YOU WERE PROVIDING, and yet I am liable to just cough up money for a mess up on YOUR end?
So, I recently activated the baby and me programme, however, I lost my kid and deactivated my profile on the app. More recently, I reactivated my profile and found out that bank meds internal system and the app does not link, so in essence my profile was not actually deactivated. I was on a call with one of the consultants who mentioned that I could not deactivate and activate my profile without filling out the form.
