DO NOT USE!!!
Worst tow service. Like vultures, they are quick at the scene to pressure you into using their service while taking advantage of your mental instability after an accident. Charges are exorbitant as they use people's ignorance to make money. Customers are forced to pay charges that were initially not mentioned such as storage, security, admin and sky-high towing fees. They also tow your car to lots that you have not authorized and the staff are highly rude, unprofessional and are only interested in leaving work early to not assist you. DONE NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! If in an accident do not succumb to the pressure they put on you and call your insurance immediately, otherwise, use a private tow service which will be MUCH more cheaper and clear. WORST AGENCY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL
Trinity Properties is the WORST! I would give them a zero star if I could. The agents (Brenda Smit and Christy Gardner) are horrible with requests to maintain the property, they ignore emails and follow ups or just don't communicate at all. They are highly unprofessional and do not care about tenants but are quick to implement rental increases and unexpected costs . My previous agents were not great but so much better than Trinity.. honestly disgusted.
