I took my car in for repairs on the 26th of September 2025. I told them I need my car back by the 3rd of October. Since I need to be somewhere on the 4th. On the 30th of September I get an automated message on whatsapp saying my car is under panel beating process requested for a call back, a lady called Noelle called me she had a poor customer service I explained to her my situation she was not emphatic at all. I asked her to request my assessor to contact me who is Nigel but until date no one called me, requested for a call by service manager until date the manager did not call me . I’m very disappointed and frustrated by their service. Yesterday sent an email to them no one responded to my email.
Visited Macdonald in bridge city, Durban . The service was poor I had to actually ask for a table cloth from one of the stuff to wipe the place I was going to sit on with my daughter, because it was dirty it had food and on the chairs . Waited for my order to arrive when it came the macfizz that I had ordered with no lid it was just open, with other branches I had been to my micfizz always had lid on. And this open drink had no straw to consume it, I had to get up and go to the stuff and ask for a straw, the service was terrible. I visited this branch on the 4th February 2024 around 11 am.
