This is to voice out my frustration on the horrible service I received at your shop in Pinetown, cashier was very rude and disrespectful, she does not have any customer service what so ever, I approach is horrible her attitude is disgusting, she still needs to undergo customer service training because she is a bad image for such a big brand as quality Please look into my complaint and get back to with feedback, I demand and apology especially from her.

ROTTEN WINGS
bought 30 wings special, only to get home and find out that they are rotten, called head office to report the matter, the said I should wait for them to investigate, they send me a WhatsApp message saying the compliant has been closed, becuse they varified with shop management and they said there was nothing wrong with my wings, ofcos he will say that to protect his JOB, IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE TREATMENT IM GETTING , AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND HUNGRY LION TO ANYONE CLOSE ME ME, NOT UNLESS I WANT THEM DIED BY ROTTEN FOOD.
