This is to voice out my frustration on the horrible service I received at your shop in Pinetown, cashier was very rude and disrespectful, she does not have any customer service what so ever, I approach is horrible her attitude is disgusting, she still needs to undergo customer service training because she is a bad image for such a big brand as quality Please look into my complaint and get back to with feedback, I demand and apology especially from her.

I have been a loyal shopper at Quality spending quiet a lot on a monthly basis however in the last couple of months I've been - well, more than disappointed with the quality of food I've been spending my hard earned money on. The maize meal, flour and rice have bugs - huge and disgusting bugs. How? The food is dry - no signs of being in contact with water or any liquid but the bugs are there and obviously who eats food with insects? We have no idea what else might be there which isn't as visible as the bugs. Tried going to the store to let them know of this with a picture of my most recently opened maize mean but I was told to visit the police station since I do not keep receipts. Seriously? As if the experience hasn't been bad enough! Why couldn't they just request my bank statement? Re-issue a receipt from the till point? After 3 months experiencing this I decided to let them know just this once and what do they do? Portray me as a ****? I am so fed up with Quality and honestly won't be spending any more of my money there.. Pity I always found it convenient because I buy EVERYTHING there.

I have just received the worst service ever @Quality pik & pak in pinetown 17 Josiah Gumede Road where a cashier disrespected me as a client . She took a customer before me so when it was my turn she tells me that she is not assisting from my queue in a very rude manner when I refused to move she continued shouting telling me that she was not going to help me .I then asked her to call her supervisor because I couldn't deal with her the supervisor came and she did nothing to help she made the matter even worse I could see that she was taking her side Until one lady who is also supervisor came and she asked if the cashier can assist me which I was happy about What makes this experience even more worse is that not a single person from these people was wearing name badges and the 2 ladies were so unprofessional in dealing with me as an unhappy client Tried contacting this number 031 7029853 to log this complaint but no one answered the phone

On Saturday the 25th of March 2023 I experienced a very bad & worst service at Quality's Pik & Pak, Pinetown. The staff at till number 44 was very rude & said some very offensive & uncomfortable remarks. This began when one of their staff members, security guard to be precise while I was on one of queens at store specifically asked me to go to till number 44 at the same store as I once did some activations there & when I did that when arriving at this Till number 44 the staff said I'm telling lies & also said some very rude remarks, when telling them ask this security guard or wait for, they all continued to say I'm telling lies & being very rude. If I had zero stars I’d give them. The new store is cleaner than the old branch so there’s one positive thing. Unfortunately some of the Indian staff is so rude they forget who supports them enough to keep the store running. I’d long seen how short, impatient and uninterested they seemed to be especially towards the older black customers , yesterday I experienced it first hand. One particular overweight Indian lady(nothing ladylike about her, so I use the term VERY loosely) was checking the till slips at the exit of the store. I was now at the front of the disorganized store exit with my slip in hand patiently waiting for my packed trolley to be checked. Now since it’s packed, unorganized and people not maintaining social distancing there was a family of customers that were aggressively asking me to move out of the way so as to leave the store with their trolleys. The only move I could make was move closer towards the exit so as to let them through and then try to drag my trolley back into “line” and wait for my slip and trolley to get checked, which I did but by then scores of other trolley clad people were already packed up the narrow space. The “lady” noticed this and at the top of her voice proceeded to scream at me for trying to “leave” the store. I stood there dumbfounded because I clearly was moving out of the way and remain patiently waiting on a crowded exit. I responded politely that I was not leaving rather standing aside for the people behind me so that they can pass. She must have misunderstood what “aside” meant because she responded in a very mocking tone “what’s wrong with you? How can you stand OUTSIDE and expect to be checked?” I stood there stunned because I was still clearly inside the store and my trolley was then tilted at an angle to avoid leaving the premises, my hand still out holding the till slip. She proceeded to give me a filthy look and I responded, very calmly that “Ma’am, I’m not leaving..” she immediately aggressively cut me off and said she’s not stupid and that there’s a difference between leaving and what she said. By that time I’d become so disappointed with her demeanor and was embarrassed of how she was ridiculing me to the point where other customers were staring at me. I just stood there speechless and watched in horror as she did her job. Waited till she was done and wheeled off the trolley outside. A very decent black male employee who was standing outside must have noticed my defeated body language and escorted me to the lift. As we drove off I couldn’t help but shed a few tears, I’d never been bullied so much as a consumer. I’m NEVER going back to this store. Neither is my family.

Had a bad interaction with quality supervisor and a manager whom I kept on calling and even had the audacity to drop my call while talking they advertised oros 5lt for r40 but said they are out of stock when I asked for a Rain check they said they don't do rain check why would they advertise something they don't have or they are misleading customers
