#BLACK FRIDAY!! my supermarket cants wait for their specials for this black Friday. so far the prices are reasonably, just one problem though the store get over crowded.
outsurance is a good insurer. no doubt. but i had a claim with them last year, on this year's review they put my premiums very high. almost with half of what i was paying initially. .
from day 1 I REGISTERED MY CLAIM, they had been very supportive, even though i haven't got my car back yet it with the panel beaters. claim done online, by the end of following day, i had feed back from the assessors. thank you outsurance team
i have a warranty that came with my car. when i claimed for what is listed on my warranty schedule, they only paid for 1 part of the total parts which needed repair. it is so dishearten that you know you have full cover cover then when it time to claim it hassle, even to try and call them you'll spend over 45min or more on phone to speak with the next agent. they will try by all means not to pass your claim, I WISH I HAD ANOTHER INSURER..
High officials should take a look at how legal Aid is working in Durban. We go there for help either they lost a files , then you have to start from scratch..you send emails, no response, you phone they put your call on unattended extension.. it's been a year now trying to sort Late estate issue with them.
