This is a 2nd complaint I’m logging this week about the same Makro online order made on Monday order number MAK8267357 I was promised that definitely today my order will be delivered and I was even given the Corriar guys name Mr s Ndlovu who I have been phoning from the morning tracking for my order only to be told now that he does not have my order he will check with the store I’m super angry 😡 😡😡😡😡because no one from Makro cares I’m doing follow up on my own not even an apology nothing Makro must just do away with online orders coz this really shows that they are *********** and they don’t care about customer service
I’m so angry I made an online order for essential food on Monday at Makro I still have not received what makes me more angry😡is the fact that when I check status of the order it says returned so I phoned the call centre today explaining that when I placed the order delivery date was set for 27th November and that nothing came and now I did not go anywhere because I was waiting for my order which is now an inconvenience twice 😡😡😡because no order came but the lady by the name of Queen Rangwanasha from the call centre promised me that I was going to get a call from Makro today regarding my order but till now no one has phoned me Makro management your intervention is required I’m very angry and disappointed that I had to go purchase rice from other shops when I have it on my order that you guys are not delivering 😡😡😡😡one last thing that irritates me is that my colleague placed her order yesterday in front of me her order was delivered today I NEED A SOLUTION URGENTLY MAKRO FROM MANAGEMENT
I have just received the worst service ever @Quality pik & pak in pinetown 17 Josiah Gumede Road where a cashier disrespected me as a client . She took a customer before me so when it was my turn she tells me that she is not assisting from my queue in a very rude manner when I refused to move she continued shouting telling me that she was not going to help me .I then asked her to call her supervisor because I couldn't deal with her the supervisor came and she did nothing to help she made the matter even worse I could see that she was taking her side Until one lady who is also supervisor came and she asked if the cashier can assist me which I was happy about What makes this experience even more worse is that not a single person from these people was wearing name badges and the 2 ladies were so unprofessional in dealing with me as an unhappy client Tried contacting this number 031 7029853 to log this complaint but no one answered the phone
I'M SO ANGRY I WENT TO THE NEW MCDONALD'S @PINETOWN I BOUGHT 3 MEALS WITH ICE CREAM AND THEN WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE I ASKED MY SON TO GO AND ASK FOR A S**** TO EAT MCFLURRY ICECREAM SINCE THE ONE THAT CAME WITH ICE CREAM WAS DIRTY THE LADY WHO HAD NO NAME BADGE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A S**** I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR A S**** SEPARATELY BECAUSE MY SON WANTED TO TAKE HOME HIS ICE CREAM BUT SHE STILL REFUSED I THEN GAVE HER THE ICE CREAM AND LEFT WITH MY SON , SEEING THAT I WAS ANGRY I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER HER RESPONSE WAS THAT SHE IS THE MANAGER AND HER NAME I BONGIWE . I DON'T KNOW ABOUT MCDONALD'S RULES BUT WHAT IRRITATES ME THE MOST IS THAT SHE WAS NOT PREPARED TO HELP ALEAST FOR THE SAKE OF MY SON THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME VISITING THE RESTAURANT I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER VISIT AGAIN
I'm very angry at vodacom I have never had a contract with them as a service provider but they have been deducting money from my account without my consent I went to VODACOM in pinetown (Pinecrest center)and I was told that the is a contract taken under my account in JOHANNESBURG meanwhile I leave in Kzn Durban and furthermore I was told that they were not sure of the procedure when an online application is done because I needed to know is it that a contract be granted without supporting documents and signatures I was told that a ***** case was loaded i will get refence and I will be informed via email Can vodacom senior management sort out this issue urgently as this is affecting me
