Apparently I owe this company money after canceling a contract YEARS ago. I was not made aware in ANY way that I owe this company and now that I'm trying to figure out what the **** is going on, I have to deal with a ****ing robot. So arrears on my ID number can be picked up from their sales department but according to TOBI, their fvcking robot, its either invalid or cant be picked up!!!!!!!!!!! What in the actual fvck Vodacom? We are good enough to deal with humans when you want to sell us something but not when we need to resolve an issue? Why? so that you can keep getting more and more money from us?
On the 13th of Feb 2024 these tree feller came to cut down a tree outside my complex in Melville and I was home all day but on the 14th I left for a few hours and when I got back my fiancées MacBook Pro was ****** from my lounge area, through one of the windows. One of the tree fellers used their ladder to ***** the laptop and the owner denies this even though he wasn't here to supervise them all day. We have tried to retrieve the laptop with no repercussions but with no cooperation from the tree fellers or the owner so CCTV footage from Beagle watch will be requested I order to assist with an investigation since these are the only people who were on the property and have definitely ****** from us
