I bought as usual lotto tickets on the 19 July 2024 I bought 2 x powerball Tickets at 15 rand each I bought 1 x daily lotto tickets at 9 rand each My money was deducted off my account, but no lotto tickets for the amounts was loaded. I hand picked my numbers. I watapp capitec on their watapp number The agent checked and could not see the tickets She said I must wait reboot and check again The tickets was for the 19 July 2024. I tried again, the tickets still not reflect I tried various times. Nothing happened I watapp again spoke to various agents ..nobody could help me I demanded my money back..they said my money for lotto tickets is not refundable I demanded my tickets the agent said they cannot do anything about it The lotto is not capitec I said that I played lotto on the capitec banking app How on earth can capitec not be responsible I had disagreements with the agents, they don't care . Until before the powerball draw I tried obtaining my tickets Still nothing The next day, I had an encounter with one of the agents again They kept sending me how the check my tickets Every time , it don't work, then I tell them, the tickets is not on my banking app, I cannot check the tickets My history for the previous day the 18 july was on the list, but not the 19th July Then I bought tickets again just to check capitec banking app..on the 20th July , these tickets showed. I send my payments for the deductions of the 19 July to the agents..off my banking app..they still could not help me. And refused to provide alternative solutions They stuck to the fact, Capitec cannot give my money back I think it might be ****m .on the capitec side It's was the first time I checked my tickets immediately after purchase Maybe it happened before, and I did not notice I play every week. Now something fishy is happening, I think I was ****med.. Second time, I was ****med by someone inside Capitec .

I bought shoes on the 23 rd November 2023 Iam still waiting for the Jordan Air sports tackies I called, emailed, watapp No response They are ****mers.. People beware of the online shopping offers The website is gone now.. but might pop up again in the future . Ism cursing them.. they stole my hard earned money
AS PER THE PREVOIUS REVIEW, The foot stop didnt bring the tackies by the 27 Dec2023 I went to FNB GRASSY PARK BRANCH, asked the clerk to do a reversal for me on the PEACH PAYMENT I completed a form, DEBITCARDDISPUTES; the consultant checked found the payment and scanned the form to the debit card div She told me it will take 5-7 days 8 days later a went back BANK STAFF said I MUST go to Premier Suite on my FNB APP I WENT ONLINE ; The call center could not find the form- I told them that the form was send through on the 27 Dec 2023 NOBODY COULD HELP. They asked me to call the disputes dept ,and gave me a tell number which I called , Carddisputes inturn told me to go BACK to premier suite, in told the agent that I was told to call . If FNB are prepared to check and see the facts they can see how many times that I was online and on the app suite to them , you will see how many times I spoke to different agents everybody gave a different timeline, and a different form to complete. I got tired of being send from pillar to post, with the FNB AGENTS, WHO ARE UNINFORMED, they dont know how to asssit me with my querie I ALSO RESEND the orginal form back to them on the 17.01.2024 ref ; 20240117-083909344 nothing was done. EVENTUALLY I went to the FNB complaints email address, ; personal and private service;( ppsr@Ffnb.co.za) ref 3198500 they also send me a new form, to complete and return it on the debit order query@fnb.co.za ; this email was not in use anymore - the disclaimer came back with a different email EFTEDO@FNB.CO.ZA , then i send back to this address, they came back to say they dont deal with recalls of payments I then asked PPSR@FNB.CO.ZA- What must i do with the form... 3 days later a person called me and said, he will send me a different form, which he did, i completed this form and scanned it back to fnbdidgitalrecalls@fnb.co.za, then the reference number came back, I send the ref number again to the same address TWO days later they came back to say, that the reason for them not to do the reversal was because it was over 30days. they cannot do the reversal I lost all my money, my airtime calling FNB The service they provide is terrble. 1. The call center agents , the premier suite agents, the debitcard div agents , the branch staff at Grassy Park, Even the personal and private staff. all these people I spoke to , emailed, scanned the paperwork to , all of them could not assist me. 2.Nobody knew what the time line for such a querie was. 3. The Premier Suite Agents was uninformed, they were unprofessional, and they passed me on from dept to dept, instead of trying to establish if the form was recieved. 4. If they knew what to do then , they would have known that the orginal form was the incorrect form. 5. I would have gotten my money back before the 30days was up, but because FNB agents were so untrained, I lost my money. 6. Fnb Sevice IS SO BAD, I cannot even comprehend that a big commercial bank , can have so much staff that lack, people skills, inability to advise customers, on different procedures. or even have the curtesy to call back, or email back I was told debitcarddisputes staff dont take call . I am very upset, I am a pensioner, who lost my hard earned money. I hope FNB STAFF will be happy.
I bought a pair of Jordan air 6 tackies on the 23rd November 2023 My order was 1198, Payment was made immediately via PEACH PAYMENTS online on this site The Tackies was advertized as a black friday special, I recieved A EMAIL stating that my payment was recieved and my order will be delivered in 3 -5 days A week later I still didnt recieve the tackies, I called , I put messages on watapp number, I logged a call on their website, nobody return calls or answer any messages. I have all the messages, emails since November 2023 I have communicated they dont answer or pick up any phone I am struggling to get the shoes, I asked them via watapp to please refund my money- or send the shoes THEY IGNORE ME....untill today still nothing , they gone with my hard earned money. They have ****med me out of my money, the tackies was a xmas present to my grandson I am a pensioner I dont have a income except goverment pension. I saved hard and long to be able to buy the tackies i send them a message again yesterday just to see if they will respond. NOTHING , THEY ****MED MY MONEY.. please help
