The Foot Shop online store ****mers - BEWARE
I bought a pair of Jordan air 6 tackies on the 23rd November 2023 My order was 1198, Payment was made immediately via PEACH PAYMENTS online on this site The Tackies was advertized as a black friday special, I recieved A EMAIL stating that my payment was recieved and my order will be delivered in 3 -5 days A week later I still didnt recieve the tackies, I called , I put messages on watapp number, I logged a call on their website, nobody return calls or answer any messages. I have all the messages, emails since November 2023 I have communicated they dont answer or pick up any phone I am struggling to get the shoes, I asked them via watapp to please refund my money- or send the shoes THEY IGNORE ME....untill today still nothing , they gone with my hard earned money. They have ****med me out of my money, the tackies was a xmas present to my grandson I am a pensioner I dont have a income except goverment pension. I saved hard and long to be able to buy the tackies i send them a message again yesterday just to see if they will respond. NOTHING , THEY ****MED MY MONEY.. please help

A **** that won’t recover
This company is shady. Ordered shoes from them on the 9th of December and they haven’t shipped yet. They only sent one email and one WhatsApp message saying they are busy while being understaffed for the holidays. Well the holidays are over and they took peoples money. The website no longer works and my order can no longer be tracked. I suggest people who have been wrong by this store attempt legal action. They won’t get away with this.

This company is shady. Ordered shoes from them on the 9th of December and they haven’t shipped yet. ****mer alert! I have ordered on the 3rd of Dec, on 9 Jan still no response, goods or refund. The website is on and offline which means they give a few people chance to order and then deactivate. Please be aware you will not receive your goods and there is no way of contacting the merchant!!!!

I'm still giving them 1 staff one of the worst experiences I have ever had they promise delivery and don't keep there promises. Takkies was bought for his matric ball that is on the 11 Dec and till today I'm still waiting. The 5 October I bought it paid the money and I'm still waiting

Highly recommend purchasing this 🔥❤️
I received my order in time. Packaging was nicely done and secure. The shoes were the perfect size and of very good quality 💗🔥 I'm absolutely happy with my shoes. I'd highly recommend buying from the store.

Big ****mers THE FOOT STOP!
I bought Nike Air Jordin shoes on their website on the 2nd of October through Paystack. I haven't received my order and the numbers and email address on the website doesn't work. They do not have a physical address so there is no way to contact them. My confirmation emails also disappeared from my inbox after a few days. Big ****mers. Don't understand why they can keep up their website.

I've made numerous contact with them, they confirmed they will get back, then never get back. This morning I said should I not get feedback I will report them, then they send me this message. Dear Hendrika, your Store-To-Door parcel DBP48126184643 has been successfully created. Track: https://storetodoor.aramex.co.za/track/DBP48126184643 I've contacted Aramex because the tracking shows delivered, they confirmed the address is in Benoni yet I stay in the west rand. After I informed them they dont take any messages or take my calls.
