Superiori Aiir aviation school in Midrand not good My daughter attended aviation school named Superior air in Midrand for her Private Pilot License. Apart from the ****** and favouritism she experienced, she completed her PPL. She decided to pause before doing her commercial licence but already superior air was not an option for us except the fact that we still had some money in the account. We decided to ask for a refund to which we are entitled to. That’s when the true colours of the beast was exposed. We comp**** with their ridiculous refund policy of six weeks waiting period last year and the money was not paid. I did again in January 2025 and I was told about six weeks. When it lapsed I was told the director will load it. Then I was told that the initial bank account was not going through I must submit a bank confirmation letter. I did, then it was to be loaded on Thursday 20 March 2025 and nothing happened. Yesterday I was told the director is not in today in the meeting and when I insist the dropped the phone in my ear. If you consider your child to this school please think twice because the after sales experience is horrible no professionalism whatsoever. What is sad that it costs soo much and they behave like a mafia let alone the unconstitutional behaviour they are accustomed to

The last three months after we have been ****** by a debt collector whom I may not name here due to his know ******** activities. We were advised to contact the council for debt collectors for a recourse. Wow! What a waste of time! We made contact and provided all the evidence and it was established that the debt collector was indeed registered with them. The funny thing is that upon registering our complaint, the debtor told us that we are wasting our time as the council is useless and compromised and nothing will happen to him. Well at the time I thought this was not true. After a month without any response from the council despite regulation 7(5) that the turn around will be about five days. The consultant named Joseph when asked about progress, told us that he decided to extend the time for the debtor to respond with another two weeks. Well since they say patience is virtue, after two weeks he told us that if we are not happy with the time they are taking we must look for someone else. Well this is like a legal wise lawyer telling someone who can’t afford a lawyer to look somewhere else. Be that as it may, we preserved and every week we find out. He now ignores our emails. Well I can tell you that if you are using the debt collectors and they do their job you are very lucky otherwise the watch dog is useless don’t even bother contacting them. We still wait while the debt collector under their watch continues to **** other innocent clients out there. Our defence case number with the council: Task 69205/2024
What I will advise people is never to take some insurance with this company. They are quick to deduct premiums and when it is time to payout, it’s a serious mission. I opened an investment account two years ago and now that the financial situation is not that good, last week I decided to call them and ask that it be closed. At face value I thought it will be easy until the incompetence and bad service kicked in. I was sent form to fill in and advices what documents to attach. Then I was told that I did not fill in one of the columns correctly indicating my insurance number and that came with a warning that if I don’t do that within 48 hours the process will be abandoned. I did that I got not answer as to whether the exam I was writing was comp**** with. I sent emails to check if I have comp**** but in vain and from Monday second I sent emails and further called and I was promised to be called back again in vain. It’s like I am doing a wrong thing by demanding my money. As I am writing this review I am waiting let alone to know when payment will be effected but if the damn form was filled in correctly, how petty is that Please really think twice about these bunch of unprofessionals I doubt they even deserve the single star I put in
They are indeed good my premium was reduced substantially
On 31 December 2014 my house got burgled and goods over hundred and fifty thousand rands were stolen while I was abroad. Upon my return I complied with all the requirements but the insurance unilaterally settled the claim way below the value of the goods stolen. They just deposited the amount in my account and when I tried following up the matter to how the matter was decided without proper explanation to me, instead my correspondences are attended to by an automative response promising to revert to me since 25 February 2015. What is said, even when I call no one reverts to me. It is sad that they are quick to accept premiums but when it comes to what matters it seems difficult to at least treat clients with dignity and professionalism they showed when selling the policy. I would really think twice in the future.
