Appetito restaurant - Senderwood- highly disappointed
It was our favourite restaurant- food was superb, and the turn around time of the food coming out from the kitchen was excellent Restaurant is under new management - was very disappointed with the quality of food. Clearly there is a new chef Food took over an hour to arrive at our table and the restaurant was not busy The quality was shocking I’m sad to say that I won’t be going back there again The only thing that was still good was the service from the waiters

Risuna Baloyi- Thank you for your ongoing assitance with my home owners insurance. This query has been going on since the 16th January 2024. You kept me up todate when you knew what was transpiring There was a delay and problem from my side that was resolved which allowed the insurance to be paid out you have keep me uptodate

re-instatement and re-issue of claim
I have received phenomenal service from Megan Deane: Claims & Underwriting Administrator She was so efficient, kind, sensitive to my dilemma. I was totally to blame with unpaid debit orders , but Megan was like an angel- | cant explain any more
