They not even worth a star, bad communication. I cancelled our contract in November 2023, received a reference number but still they try to put a debit order through. Numerous times I had to reverse the debit order and no emails not phone calls are helpful with this issue. I only get reference numbers but no action, I were even handed over and still the dispute is going on. It seems to me this problem is a general problem customers struggle with. Telkom really need to start listing to the "so called" recorded phone calls and emails.
Service with them and follow up is terrible. My daughter's car broke down with less then 17 kilometers on the clock, after the tow in, they said it's the clutch that is actually unbelievable on that amount of kilometers as she is not a new driver and this her second car she bought. Then after a month it came back as it's the gearbox. Numerous phones calls and visits. They apparently deal with Mayfair clutch company and we are still waiting for the vehicle, only empty promises, no follow up. The car track app proof that this car is not even connected to the battery and that the last three weeks they say it's been tested is lie. Super frustrated as we are going now for four months with a car.
The time and date confirmed was correct and the people friendly.
