more keen to respond to hellopeter reviews than your actual customers
it's super easy to sign up with them but you can forget about reaching them after. read all the other reviews about the same thing. your emails and messages on the app will not be responded to. all you get is a reference number to say we see your message but all the best. after that you will try to call their phone numbers and you will hold until kingdom come. imagine hearing our lines are experiencing high call volumes at 8 am in the morning, 9am, 10am until they close at 4pm. I am writing this review because at least maybe here I'll get a response but I am glad I saw their true colours before I needed to claim. to anyone who signs up, good luck.

Good fibre with less than ideal practices
if anything happens, there are slow response times to assist leaving you without internet for days. They will also insist that they come and fix on sight so they charge their callout fees. This is the only ISP I have come across where you cannot rest your router if there is any fault or run the configurations. imagine paying a fee just to do something that other ISP's do over the phone
