Overpriced merchandise
Bought a gift for my wife for her birthday. App works fine, no payment issues. Updates send. All good. When package was delivered- to my shock - it’s really not worth the money spend. I could have bought a similar gift - have it delivered for half the price. Service was good- but definitely not worth the money spend.

Be very careful when paying deposit to this contractor
Received a quote for a small Clearview fence - paid deposit as requested. Work was to commenced on Monday 24 Nov, completed by 25 Nov. When arriving on site on Monday 24 Nov, the poles was planted, not aligning - a total mess. Spoke to the contractor Gerhard. He apologised and promised to redo next day - even offered a discount because of the substandard work. Next day he brought 2 workmen and left. I had to personally guide and assist them to do the work. Gerhard arrived at 14:00 to collect the workmen to take to another site. Up to today 4 December he never returned to complete the work or clear the site as per his quotation.

Be very careful when paying large deposits with this contractor
Received a quote - paid 80% deposit. Work was of the worst standard. Erecting a small Clearview fence. Owner admitted work was substandard, and will redo. Next day left 2 workers - never on site. I helped the workers to erect fence. To date no ******* removal. Gate not fitted. Fence not painted. Excuse after excuse. Also no refund

Claims department failure to pay claims
Paid premiums for many years. When trying to claim - they provide any reason to delay payment. Excuse on excuse on excuse. Very bad service !

Bad after sales service received
What a nightmare company to deal with. Paid and installed an alarm and cctv system. From day 1 cameras cannot connect remotely. Send a technician to fix -couldn’t solve issue, and invoice me !! Send a mail to cancel contract, then get a call they will ensure my system work. Technician arrive 1.5 hrs before appointment time. Again today was supposed to send technician- 15:44 nobody to repair

Bought a pair of shoes during last year
Bought a pair of shoes during last year. Used the shoes max 50 days. Bad quality. Soles started tear. Store closed down. Distributor unwilling to assist - claim outside warranty. If you need shoes to last only 6 months - buy hush puppies !
