I booked a stay at Royal Palm Hotel through Booking.com (Ref: 4809268312), but upon arrival, we were forced to cancel due to the disgusting conditions—which I have photo evidence of. We never even stayed the night, yet we have not been refunded! Instead, we’ve been given excuse after excuse, with both Royal Palm Hotel and Booking.com refusing to take responsibility. First, the hotel promised a refund, then Booking.com falsely claimed there were “no extra costs to be refunded.” This is *****, plain and simple. Not only were we left stranded with zero assistance from hotel staff or management, but we also had to pay an additional R3,800 out of pocket to stay elsewhere that night. If you’re thinking of booking at Royal Palm Hotel or using Booking.com, DON’T. They will happily take your money and leave you high and dry when things go wrong. I tried to sign up for an iPhone 14 on contract with Telkom, but the entire process was an absolute nightmare. After countless calls and providing all my details, they messed it up because they were too slow to call back for OTP verification. The Telkom call center for new mobile contracts is pathetic. Their capturing system is broken, and instead of resolving the issues, they expect me to do all the running around. What’s the point of offering a contract sign-up process over the phone if it doesn’t work? They sent me from store to store, only for the stores to tell me they’re franchises, don’t work with online sales, and don’t even have the stock. This system is a joke, and Telkom’s customer service is shockingly poor. I wasted so much time and energy for nothing. Fix your process, Telkom!
PnP Sanctuary: The standards of the butchery have dropped. From me been loyalist for 6 years to I cant stand them. I have avoided PnP sanctuary for a few months now, but since it's conveniently placed across from my residence. I had purchased a few packs of their ********** meat today. Hopeful it would have changed my thoughts of them. Not the case it is tough and unchewable. A WASTE OF MONEY! PNP had the perfect staff that got the job done and knew how to bring in customers with their instore braais and sales attitude. The management have ignored those blockman that have gone over and above and have let them go. The blockman that understood business and their customers preferences. Praise should have gone out to them and they should have not been underestimate. They are key to you're sales and customer satisfaction. LOUI does not look happy. One of the glory boys of PNP passed. BRADWIN the man of the moment not longer with them. Take care of your staff and take care your customer. Because your meat is *** and the new floor plan is ah!t. *Rats in the Biltong displays - they know exactly what I'm talking about*.
Stay clear of the meat supp**** at Food *****s Somerset West! I had bought quite a few packs of Sirlon, 28 day aged steaks with a sticker - Karan beef attached. I really regret it. The beef tastes gamey and ****. It does not taste like real *** beef! On top of it all I still have t-bone packs that I dare not touch. The meat is revolting! Not worth a star.
