Disappointed with the Nespresso repair centre. Staff on the call centre were friendly and helpful, however, I was told I could either pay R925 or pay for 15 sleeves of coffee and have my Essenza Mini repaired. After buying and receiving the coffee sleeves, they booked my machine and couldn't fix it. They sounded confident that they could fix it, I would've just bought a new machine rather than buy a whole lot of coffee and not have it repaired. They came back with a "trade-in" "offer" of 15% off a new one (meanwhile that is the same price of a new one off of takealot etc). Disappointed and feel **********. Just a warning to not bother with the repair centre.
I've been with CompCare for 15 years, they've been fine until 2025. My savings were meant to be paid out weeks ago, and after many excuses, and a lack of communication payment has not been made despite promises. They just don't seem to care about their customers, very disappointed.
Terrible business, don't order from them. My order took months to arrive, and when it eventually did it was missing a flashlight. I've tried to contact them numerous times, they've ignore my communication and I haven't received the flashlight, or money back for it.
