I made a booking on the 12 December 2025 and I paid. When I got to the hotel on the 13 December 2025 they told me that my booking does not appear on the system. They checked on booking.com still it wasn’t there. I had to go back because they said there was no booking done but I’ve done it and I’ve paid. My money was gone just like that. I had to drive back at night under the rainy weather

I had a problem with the service I was getting from Absa bank and I reported here on Hellopeter and Absa bank saw it. I am happy to say that the matter has been resolved. I would like to thank Busani Hlungwane (ZA) Specialist case manager from Absa bank who made sure that my matter is resolved within 48 hours. Thank you Busani Hlungwane (ZA) big ups to you!
My experience with them was horrible. I got there to collect my car and I waited for 7 hours. I was not even offered water or tea and the worse part no one cared to explain why am I waiting for that long. I took the car and I had to do the registration of the car myself and I sent them an invoice and they refused to pay me the full amount
I sent them an email asking them to change my debit order date and the are refusing to do so. They are telling me that they know I get paid on the 22nd of which that is not true. I even sent them my payslips to prove that I get paid on the last day of the month and still they are refusing to change the date

I was taking a car insurance from Auto and General. I spoke to Cheanelle she gave me a good service and good premium
On the 11th of February 2025 I logged in a claim with Auto & General. When I called in to follow up on my claim I talked to Mr Emmanuel Nzama he helped me a lot by tracing my claim and updated me via email until my claim was approved.
