Good morning people I would like to warn everyone using or wanting to open an account @FNB,my account has been frozen since 2023/12/30 till today have been calling almost every week and the is still no progress and they keep saying we doing an escalation which has never been returned in any form of communication.which some of this escalation they said team leaders and managers are included but till today nothing. I don't think if this was happening to a white person it would get this far.we about to end the forth month of a new year which doesn't bother them cause all they care about is taking the monthly charges of which I don't understand why,my case is handled by a white guy by the name of Achmat Bennett who has emailed once cause that day I forced a way to communicate, and by that he rep**** once and went silent again. So people of South Africa please make sure you choose wise when it comes to the bank you want to use.
To show that this people are just out there with no results and not helping people, how can a case take 4 years without any way forward
I opened a case in 2020 and even now I am still not getting any help from the IPID,but they have been telling me stories everytime I call to follow up. It has been 1 story after another while a police officer assaulted me badly infront of his colleagues and I was injured,the person handling my case is just not doing any justice in it
