They kept my car for 6 months before I could finally collect it. Needles to say I had to go back a couple of times before it was actually in an adequate state of repair. I noticed afterwards that they had chipped and cracked my windscreen for which they never accepted responsibility. Nice premises but they are over booked, understaffed and they have pathetic Quality checkers. Full of excuses.
I would give a negative score if there was one. Name & shame moment. SUNWARD POOLS from Boksburg.... they like fishing for contracts in PTA east because, and I quote "we are easy with our money, unlike Jhb".... any way, the way my pool looks after they did the marbelite, its all blotchy, the fountain wall leaks everywhere and they still have the audacity to appoint a debt collector to extort the last 20% of the quote money which I withheld due to all the problems. This after i sent photos, of the awful blotchy marbelite, and they never even offered to come and take a look and repair it. I warn Pretoria East not to fall for these Boksburg fraudsters who are trolling our suburbs, they really are just great..... until they get the deposit.
I ordered a tablet with new contract 10/2/16.<br> After applying,my order was approved and I recieved the product by courier 28th Feb.<br> The tablet had a faulty sim card slot. On which I immediately reported. <br> I was told to take it to evaluate at my nearest Telkom store. I went to Menlyn, was told they cannot touch the tablet as it was supplied online.<br> I reported this, 3 times, finally the tablet was collected by couriers 8th March.<br> To this day I have phoned at least 6 times, have spent hours HOLDING ON to the dreadful sound of Telkoms holding on 'noise'. I have heard various stories about how they cannot trace the courier ( i have the collection slip...nobody asked for it..), then I was told the new unit has been approved but the despatch dept is taking time, then phone again and they say they cant trace the collected unit, then they say the manager is LOOKING INTO IT and will phone me back....needless to say, nobody phones back and i have been debited twice already. Today I again spent an hour phoning in to be told the manager is looking into it, but they dont have stock of the galaxy A which I ordered, but they cant track the returned unit, and the manager is looking into it.
