This issue has been going on for some time and with numerous requests to look at it, it still happens. I have been playing a live game through Hollywoodbets casino. It sometimes occurs that there is a break in connection between the live studio and the casino. This happens when winnings must be credited to your account. You will be kicked out of the game and flagged with a message to contact customer support. In such a case there is no betting history ticket created but you still have the game history. Support usually ask for betting history ticket that was never created but there is proof in screenshots from the game history. It then becomes an ongoing back and forth communication between myself and support. Feedback usually is that your request has been updated. In some cases they cannot view screenshots instead of upgrading software to be able to view screenshots. You have to call support as well as many times the customer support number is not working. Then when all of this done, it must be investigated. You did submit proof of winnings but there is still an investigation. You made a bet with the possibility to win, you cannot make a bet with our money. So why when I win and there is proof of that, do I have to wait for my winnings? It's just unfair. Investigate why there is break in connection between the casino and the live studio rather to solve the problem. Going through this motion of 30 emails evertime this happens is unacceptable. When you see the proof of game history, pay out the winnings, it's as easy as that.
Withdrawal process for 2 pot system is really unacceptable. Applying on 8th of October and was told +/-20days to complete process and receive payout. Checking update of request on sanlam WhatsApp channel date of completion is 5th of November 2024. No updates or communication regarding the process. Emails don't get any response on and to call customer care line doesn't help either to sit on a line for an hour to get someone to talk to. This matter needs to be escalated using this platform because I don't get any response on emails or phone calls.

Send an email and call customer support to report the issue. The matter will be escalated to the relevant department and you will receive your payout in about 48 hours maximum. I had an issue on the 16th of august again and send screenshots in an email to customer support and made a phone call to report it. It's been more than a week and issue is still not solved. Emails just say that issue has been updated or matter had been escalated but no thing happened yet. How do you play and win and don't get your payout for longer than a week. You need to make a bet to be able to win or loose. This is unacceptable. Doesn't matter how big or small your winnings are, you need to get your payout, that's priority and that is how you keep customers happy..
Subscription increased and showmax has been deleted from my decoder. From 4 devices in your home to access streaming to only one device. Is multichoice loosing more people? Shouldn't a lower monthly subscription have more people interested? Loose 10 people due to higher subscription or gain 20 people with lower subscription.
