I have placed an order with HomeChoice and I have been informed that eKasie is their courier partner for deliveries. My package has been with the courier since the 5th of February, it is the 20th today. This is absolutely unacceptable!
Place an order on the 1st of Feb upon realising I gave them the wrong house number contacted them and they said I would have to order again after 14 days, opted to have the parcel delivered at the wrong address because it is in the same street as mine. That is not the problem. The problem is how slow they (and their partners) are, my parcel has been with the courier since the 5th and it is just being handed over without ever making it to me. I have been in contact with them and have a query which they say will be resolved in 7 days. 7 days to resolve a query? The query in question is "what is the hold up, when am I getting my package", this is extremely frustrating especially if they are going to insist on getting new customers online. I am pleading with the management of this company to rethink their courier company (eKasie) because they problem seems to arise there. Kind regards, Gugulethu Mahlangu
