I had upgraded my fibre line beginning of August but saw no difference in the speed. I then logged a ticket on their website. A young gentleman Jerome Veeras assisted me in upgrading the line, he was constantly keeping me in the loop with the progress and I appreciated his patience when I had to reset things my side. Thank you Jerome for going above and beyond and ensuring my line was as fast as possible :)
I went into a Telkom branch to try and set up my wifi at home, I was told that the specials are only available if you apply Online. I then went Online and applied for the SmartBroadband Wireless 30GB option, filled in all he forms including my banking details and when I would want the debit order to come off. Once everything was filled out a screen appears saying an agent will contact you shortly regarding my address to deliver the modem. Its now been 5 days and still nothing! When you go in-store no one is willing to assist you and hardly even has the decency to look at you when they talk to you. I just feel that their service is absolutely pathetic! Can someone please get back to me regarding this!!!!
