Turnaround time to get Sim swap not acceptable. not customer focused.
Yesterday my account has been blocked by capitec they claim suspected *****, I called them and I was asked to go to the Branch to verify the transaction which I did. It's still frozen no changes. I called them again today they told me I have to wait upto 48 hours as to why they also can tell me. I confirmed the payment and confirmed there was no *****, why do I have to still suffer because of them?
I called cartrack to test my devices since installed 2021 and 2022. I was assisted by Veliswa Kunene. She was friendly, polite and gave excellent service. She gave me the precise location of both cars and further asked if they were safe or I needed assistance. For that I am extremely happy.
The consultant, was friendly and polite. Went out of her way just to assist me. Best service ever received.
On the 1st February 2024. My Sim card just lost network connection. On the 2nd February I went to MTN they told me the number it's with TFG. On the 5th I went to the store to request some swap. Unfortunately they used an old form but I couldn't know that. I waited nothing happend the following week on the 15th I went to the different store to request why was my Sim swap not approved, I filled other forms which were not filled correctly, on Monday the 19th February I went back to do a follow up only to be told that it was rejected then filled another papers. Until today i still don't have a number that's working. Why would I suffer just to get a Sim card replacement? And seems like nobody care about the calls I keep missing.
