I am deeply disappointed by the appalling service I received from Uber Eats on 22 February 2025. I placed an order for a pizza from Pizza Perfect, Blu Valley Mall. Paid in full and waited patiently. The driver came and chilled behind the estate, didn't even bother to call just an in app message that i have arrived and not at the gate. I called him and he promised he is making his way to deliver my order only to mark it as “delivered” without ever arriving at the gate. What Happened: 1. The driver claimed to have delivered the order, but it never arrived. 2. I called the driver directly, and he admitted he hadn’t delivered it yet. He promised to return “in 5 minutes” – but never did. 3. Uber Eats refused a refund, stating the order was “completed.” This is more than just incompetence – it’s dishonesty. I paid for a service I never received, and the driver ****. Uber Eats’ refusal to resolve this makes them complicit in the ****.
I recently had a regrettable experience at Auto baltic Volvo Midrand that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. Despite my expectations for professional service, the encounter was marred by misdiagnosis and subpar customer service. The misdiagnosis of my car issue resulted in unnecessary expenses and a prolonged period of inconvenience. The lack of attention to detail and failure to accurately identify the problem reflects poorly on the dealership's competence. Moreover, the customer service exhibited during this process left much to be desired. Communication was inadequate, and the staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns promptly. This lack of responsiveness and accountability further added to my frustration. In light of this experience, I find it challenging to recommend Auto baltic Volvo Midrand to others seeking reliable and customer-centric service. I hope my feedback encourages the dealership to reevaluate its practices and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.
