I purchased my vehicle from Isuzu Bloemfontein on Zastron Street. At the time of signing the invoice, I explicitly informed Gerrie Fourie that I did not want any optional extras added to my deal. He agreed to this. However, when I later received the documents, I noticed that I had been charged R29000 for optional extras. I immediately queried this with Mr. Fourie via email. His response was that the bank had charged me an additional R29,000. I then contacted the bank directly, and they provided me with the invoice, confirming that the dealership—not the bank—had charged me the extra R29,000. I returned to Mr. Fourie to address the discrepancy, pointing out that his explanation did not align with the bank’s. He then claimed that the R29,000 was due to a shortfall on my trade-in. This was never communicated to me during the transaction, and when I asked for clarification, he could not provide a proper answer. I requested that he find a solution and call me back, but he never followed up. I subsequently escalated the matter to Isuzu’s head office. They acknowledged that the dealership had made a mistake and provided me with the contact details of the Principal Dealer, Mr. T. Mokoena. I forwarded my complaint to him, but he has not responded to any of my emails.
Terrible experience, I have a service plan (car service) with them, then when I submitted my claim it was rejected. They told me that they can only pay for two services in two years or 24 months. I then asked them to send a recorded conversation as proof (all calls are recorded) because they said I was told about this when I signed up with them. They promised to share this info within 3 working days. After three days of waiting of waiting, they only send me an email saying my claim has been rejected - the information we agreed on never came. When I call them, they keep transferring me from one Agent to the other without any help.. Terrible experience, when I tried to cancel my deal with them because I sold the property they were guarding, they didn't want to help. They keep asking me if I know anyone that wants to sign up with them. They continued debiting my account, after long fight they stopped the debit order but they are still sending statements, they say I owe them R3500, they can't even explain what is it for. There is no contract with my signature on, I was told it was a month to month agreement. So I don't understand why they continue sending me invoices. I will be taking the matter with consumer bureau.. Fellow South Africans please stay away from Adt fidelity security
