I purchased my vehicle from Isuzu Bloemfontein on Zastron Street. At the time of signing the invoice, I explicitly informed Gerrie Fourie that I did not want any optional extras added to my deal. He agreed to this. However, when I later received the documents, I noticed that I had been charged R29000 for optional extras. I immediately queried this with Mr. Fourie via email. His response was that the bank had charged me an additional R29,000. I then contacted the bank directly, and they provided me with the invoice, confirming that the dealership—not the bank—had charged me the extra R29,000. I returned to Mr. Fourie to address the discrepancy, pointing out that his explanation did not align with the bank’s. He then claimed that the R29,000 was due to a shortfall on my trade-in. This was never communicated to me during the transaction, and when I asked for clarification, he could not provide a proper answer. I requested that he find a solution and call me back, but he never followed up. I subsequently escalated the matter to Isuzu’s head office. They acknowledged that the dealership had made a mistake and provided me with the contact details of the Principal Dealer, Mr. T. Mokoena. I forwarded my complaint to him, but he has not responded to any of my emails.

Isuzu warranty not worth the paper its printed on. 60000km Issues with injectors. Vehicle now standing for three weeks. Service manager just says its Isuzu South Africa's problem not the dealerships problem. They are trying to bully me into accepting their unreasonable terms for the repair. I will not be bul****.

The battery had to be replaced. I took delivery of a 2023 Renault Traffic with 33000km on the 21st Feb 2025, and drove the vehicle daily for approximately 2 weeks before it had to go in for hail damage repairs. This was the first time since purchasing the van that it was not in daily use. When I fetched the van from the repairer the battery was flat and neede to be jump started. The van was in daily use again for about 2 weeks with no indication of battery issues. Then the vehicle stood in our warehouse for a weekend the flat battery issue again started. We monitored for 2 weeks and found that if the van was not used daily the battery would not work. I contacted Motus Isuzu in Bfn (Bazil) who suggested that I take it in to Renault for a battery test, a week later Renault tested and said thet the battery needed to be replaced. I called Bazil and he said that a battery was not covered and I should bear the cost. I disagreed, but replaced as I had to get the vehicle right. I have contacted Joseph at Motus who said they will refund me, however this never happened and I only got silent treatment ever since. I have had no official feedback nor any refund for the battery.

I bought a vehicle at Motus Isuzu Bloemfontein and I was assured that the vehicle had passed their 114 points check including dekra. What's worse is that I was assured that the vehicle is 100% in good condition only to find that the vehicle had bad suspension issues. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone as it does offer good value for money!!

I recently took my Isuzu bakkie to MOTUS in Bloemfontein for repairs, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite reporting that the vehicle was faulty from the first service, each subsequent visit only seemed to exacerbate the issues. The latest problem has escalated to the point where some parts are now damaged, which MOTUS claims is due to faulty fuel. We are currently in a dispute with them as they insist on waiting for parts to arrive, yet they want us to pay to collect the vehicle without it being fully repaired. When we initially took the vehicle in, it was in a drivable condition. Now, we have to arrange for it to be towed away. The service I received was very mediocre, and the service agent was particularly unhelpful and dismissive. She couldn’t even assist us with a courtesy vehicle while ours remains unfixed. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service at MOTUS Bloemfontein and would not recommend them to anyone

Motus Isuzu Trucks Bloemfontein. June 2023 i bought a Brand New truck 8 Ton FSR from Isuzu Trucks Bloemfontein. On a trip from Bloemfontein to KZN between Senekal and Bethlehem the driver phoned and complained the headlights is dead. After investigation it was found that my Brand New Truck was fitted with a Second Hand Alternator. I phoned Lappies the salesman who responded sending a technician to Bethlehem. Returning and re sending another alternator to fix the truck. Eventually the truck was fixed late night and my driver stayed over in town payed by my business problem caused by Motus. Second problem on the truck was fixed - Tyres got damaged - Abrasion against tyres - schackles. After two weeks the truck ignition refused to switch on. After investigation it was found the Brand New Truck was sold with second Hand Batteries. I again phoned Lappies the salesman and his response was - Your driver stole the batteries - it is impossible - or exchanged the new batteries for old ones. He offered to come to my business to solve the matter. Needless to say he did not pitch and send a technician with new Batteries. Poor service - After sales. The truck was send in for the first service by Isuzu - The account R5262.77 was paid and refused by not releasing the Truck as per company policy that state only immediate payment accepted. The company policy was not known to me and also not made aware to me. I paid the amount immediate ABSA and the truck was released, Double payment was made. I visited the Branch 10 days later and asked for payment and i was told to wait 2 weeks after i was asked to provide a bank letter as proof of account. So Motus you may Bully me. My verdict to you Isuzu SOUTH AFRICA. You have *********** staff selling Trucks and you are corporate BULLIES not paying money back as you are requesting immediate payment. What if it was a large sum of money and i as small business needed the cash flow. Please Keep parts in stock as it was made known to me that your staff replaced used truck parts to brand new trucks. I visited your branch - i am disappointed in your service generally. I will NEVER refer you in future and also never buy from this branch again - *********** staff. Second Hand Parts. BAD, POOR SERVICE I have 5 Isuzu vehicles -- Thanx to you staff -- i made my choices to try other Brands.

Overall the Reception & Parts department is top, but the Workshop is terrible. I recently enquired information on torque settings on my Isuzu engine's top bolts and the workshop manager, Louis Olivier, told me he will not give me the information because it is classified... I went on phoning Isuzu in Bethlehem and they helped me with the settings without any fuss. I will buy my next Isuzu @ the Bethlehem branch. I will even drive to Bethlehem to service my bakkie, but the workshop in Bloemfontein will not see me again...
