Their support line seems to be unmanned! I held on for 13 mins with with a reply in the middel and they put me back into the infinite loop without answering again. I called another number and eventually gave uop after 8 mins! Disgusting service! I'm not surprised that theit Google reviews are at 2.4...
The battery had to be replaced. I took delivery of a 2023 Renault Traffic with 33000km on the 21st Feb 2025, and drove the vehicle daily for approximately 2 weeks before it had to go in for hail damage repairs. This was the first time since purchasing the van that it was not in daily use. When I fetched the van from the repairer the battery was flat and neede to be jump started. The van was in daily use again for about 2 weeks with no indication of battery issues. Then the vehicle stood in our warehouse for a weekend the flat battery issue again started. We monitored for 2 weeks and found that if the van was not used daily the battery would not work. I contacted Motus Isuzu in Bfn (Bazil) who suggested that I take it in to Renault for a battery test, a week later Renault tested and said thet the battery needed to be replaced. I called Bazil and he said that a battery was not covered and I should bear the cost. I disagreed, but replaced as I had to get the vehicle right. I have contacted Joseph at Motus who said they will refund me, however this never happened and I only got silent treatment ever since. I have had no official feedback nor any refund for the battery.
Their website offers an eleven percent discount on any item purchased. Only until you check out. Then there is no discount. I contacted their online assistant who assured me that the offer had just expired. I opened another tab on my browser and the offer was there again. I believe they run a scam offer to lure clients to buy and then at checkout the offer expires.
Vodacom put items on my bill that I neither asked for nor subscribed to. A thing called Vodafone live, which I had never even heard of. I called to query and was told that I had purchased a game, but they could give no further info and would revert. To date I have not heard back and they continue robbing me????
