No delivery after 2 hours. Today I placed an order for Debonairs at Limo mall bloemfontein. After almost an hour I followed up with the call centre they promised that someone will call to make arrangements. After 15 minutes I placed another call but the line just muted. I decided to go to Limo mall branch in person to complain. After showing my disappointment the lady who helped me smiled and to the other lady standing there. I FIND THIS BRANCH ACTIONS VERY UNPLEASANT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR. My invoice number 440734, order 365. Very disappointed with you Debonairs, Gert
MTN Customer service and Complaints department not responding in respect of my initial complaint which was send to them on 1, 2 and 13 December 2021. MTN your service is poor poor poor poor. Call me back so we can get this matter finalized.
After my last complaint which I posted on this platform and also send to the complaints department at MTN, they have not yet called me to sort my complaint. MTN please please get your service in order.
On 1 December 2021 I contacted MTN to cancel 2 of my contracts 073 474 4888 and 063 296 9584. Buhle Khadebe had to cancell same. She instead Issued a different month to month contract. I then called again on 2 December 2021 and spoke to Zindile Moloi and Anna who said that they will not be able to cancel the accounts seeing that Buhle worked on same, but that they can arrange that she calls me back. Until now they have not cancelled the two contracts. I really need help and feel that MTN's service is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY poor in this regard.
This morning me and my partner who has an account with Sterns went to the CBD branch in Bloemfontein. The opening time is 09:00 but they only opened at 09:07. Then on going in there were two ladies, a skinni lady and a middle sized lady. We approached the lady and asked that she help us, as my partner wanted to pay. We also explained that we need a statement for her account showing transactions from November 2017. She immediately explained that her system cannot do is and that she can only give us the total amount outstanding. We then asked how that is possible and she became non compliant and explained that that how their system work and we have to accept that. We then drove to Loch Logan branch in Bloemfontein, and they lady their explained that she can request the statement as per our need. We also wanted a quote and then she said she cannot help as she does not have a quote book. My thinking is that why are the sales people so supportive when you need assistance ,but when you are buying they can help you in a blink of an eye.
