They have wrongfully not given me all the correct information and now it is impossible to reach them, I have been calling and emailing and nothing it happening. They have gotten my credit cards suspended and are making everything very difficult, they have not informed me of everything they will be doing and now have made everything very difficult.
It’s been a whole month of back and forth with Cartrack, still the worst tracker company out there. I still don’t have a tracker in my new car, I’ve been scheduled 3 times to have it fitted and no one shows up, calls aren’t answered and messages are ignored. The people are extremely arrogant on the phone and offer no support or help. They take ridiculous amounts of money and give you no help. They don’t even phone you back when the call gets cut. Trying to cancel is also an issue as they want you to pay a ridiculous amount when everything is their fault. I advise for no one to choose this company ever. They offer no help what so ever. Even after my last review they didn’t bother to contact me, they ignore all my emails as well
Never choose Cartrack I’m having the worst experience, Cartrack is a waste of your time and money, they do absolutely nothing to help. I traded in my car almost a month ago and my tracker is still sitting in my old car, I have phoned, emailed and used the WhatsApp chat line and have literally begged Cartrack to do a reinstallation, I’ve paid them the amount for it as well but they have not done anything, they don’t even communicate with you. No matter who you speak to, no help is given and they ask for a huge amount to be paid to cancel. So currently I’m paying for a Cartrack that isn’t even in my car and they want me to pay a huge amount to cancel, they even took the money R870 to reinstall and just don’t want to do the reinstallation. Furthermore when I put the Cartrack they told me that they do reinstallation for free, what a lie spoken to my face. You can’t trust this company
I had the best experience, the whole place is very professional, the staff are helpful and friendly and I had full trust that my car was in good hands. Also very happy with the job and delivery of my vehicle
I was on an accident on 12/02/2024 and up till now king price hasn’t helped me, all they care about is finding a way to not help, they customer service and employees are absolutely horrible. My car is sitting at their assessment centre for 2 weeks now, no repairs nothing, and the investigator is asking for a whole lot of private documents that have nothing to do with the accident. Also when the regular driver tries to contact the investigator, he doesn’t answer the calls. When I ask what is going on with my claim and when my car will start to be repaired I keep getting told they don’t know, what do they know then? King price is very kind in the phone when they want you to become a client but they don’t help when it matters. I have gotten to the point where I have to say something on here to hopefully get a reply or response from them
