Great service from check in through to pick up of my damaged vehicle. Daily updates on progress was great and the reception staff, security and check in staff were all extremely friendly! Thanks for great service!

Worst panel beater I have been to. Went in for repair from being rear-ended. Car went in for repair in May of 2024 I had issues with their repairs up until November of the same year. I had been back and fourth about 13 times to them to repair their mistakes. After the initial repair they had damaged the rear tires arch moldings and number plate holder and painted the difuser incorrectly. After pointing out the damages they agreed to fix the number plate holder but claimed even though the damaged tire arch mouldings were not record on the check sheet done before repair or recorded in pictures done before repair they aren't responsible to fix it but will do it out of "kindness". They brought it to the Manger to confirm the repair at which point I found out he is one of the worst people to deal with. He is ****my and has the mentality of a child. I watch this grown man throw multiple temper tantrum when our conversations did not go his way. He claimed the arch moldings were fine and he couldn't see anything wrong and refused to fix it. The insurance agreed to pay them to fix it and all the way through they insist they didn't damage it until I found proof that they themselves sent me of them throwing the arches in the boot of the car with other stuff on top of them damaging them. During assessment of the car for the re-repair we spotted mutiple other scratches and misccolored parts which the manager again claimed he couldn't see until I pointed it out so specifically that he couldnt deny it at which point he told me not to talk to him like a child. The manager also attempted to claim that the number plate holder wasnt damged when it was blaintantly cracked and was already agree apon for repair. I also witness how they damaged the number plate holder as the guy who did the repair the first time told the other employee to just use a ***** driver and dig it out as that's what he did before. I also watch them attempt to pass off a second hand number plate holder they had as they forgot to order a new one but stopped before doing it as they realised I was watching them retrieve it from a damged car. I witness them drive another person car over lose parts lying on the floor, the parts had *****s sticking out. There is plenty more such as them claiming my barely year old car lights were burnt out and only did the repair to prove me wrong, only for them to realise it was damaged. They forgot to order parts multiple times and even order the wrong parts. I was also threatened by the manager as after the final time of them *****ing up and had told them they have ****ed every repair up since I've been there and apparently this was completely wrong of me as I swore in the presence of a women.

On the 31st of August, I did a claim with my insurance company. The gave it to Roadstar Panel and Paint to handle the claim. They towed my car which the whole front bumper came out. I claim for new Rims and wheels. Up on till today I have not received my Vehicle. (6th November 2024) My insurance kept emailing me stating that they promised. But all empty promises. It became such a cost factor because of their mess up with the order. Roadstar Panel and Paint gave me a date that they would be expecting the order once that date comes they give me another date to wait. From September waiting the whole month. Went into the whole of October. They told me that they received 2 rims waiting for 2 more. Then after a month. They received 1 more rim. Waiting for the last rim. How the hell did they get 3 rims. So Roadstar Panel and Paint messed up the order. Putting the blame on Renault. But yet I'm dealing with them not Renault and if they couldn't do follow ups with them now and then this would never had happened. All rims arrived. They had to days to get wheel alignment done. Now I'm still without a Car! Roadstar Panel and Paint lack the following : * Customer service * Customer care * Communication skills * Empathy, and problem-solving They can't use their heads. Instead of getting the same rims which you know is going to come from overseas. They could had given the customer an option for a different set of rims of the same value. I will never recommend anyone to them. They service is extremely bad.

Stay away from this company. They ******ed R4000.00 from me. Early Jan, I had a fender bender and was in a bit of shock. One of the companies tow guys was on scene. I asked him a few times what the tow would cost. Each time he told me not to worry, we would discuss it when we at their yard. I forgot to remove all my belongings. One thing that was of value that was missing was my Harley Davidson knife. The distance from the accident scene to their shop/yard is exactly 1.5km. When I cam to take my car away, they would not release it until I paid them R4000.00. I contacted another tow company to find out what they would charge for the 1.5km was R700.00. How's that for a difference! The manager, Viresh, gave the instructions and sat there with a smug look on his face. Guys, STAY Away from this company. They do not have client interest at heart! I still have to repair my car, but this company will definitely not be considered.
