Terrible service!!! Tried calling Complaints department, tried all email address. No response or reply regarding the Car that was finance by you'll last year. I'm going to stop my debit order and you'll can repossessed the vehicle because you'll can't be bothered of assisting me. It is impossible to reach them telephonically You hold on for extended periods whereafter your call gets dropped How on earth must one get hold of them???
On the 31st of August, I did a claim with my insurance company. The gave it to Roadstar Panel and Paint to handle the claim. They towed my car which the whole front bumper came out. I claim for new Rims and wheels. Up on till today I have not received my Vehicle. (6th November 2024) My insurance kept emailing me stating that they promised. But all empty promises. It became such a cost factor because of their mess up with the order. Roadstar Panel and Paint gave me a date that they would be expecting the order once that date comes they give me another date to wait. From September waiting the whole month. Went into the whole of October. They told me that they received 2 rims waiting for 2 more. Then after a month. They received 1 more rim. Waiting for the last rim. How the hell did they get 3 rims. So Roadstar Panel and Paint messed up the order. Putting the blame on Renault. But yet I'm dealing with them not Renault and if they couldn't do follow ups with them now and then this would never had happened. All rims arrived. They had to days to get wheel alignment done. Now I'm still without a Car! Roadstar Panel and Paint lack the following : * Customer service * Customer care * Communication skills * Empathy, and problem-solving They can't use their heads. Instead of getting the same rims which you know is going to come from overseas. They could had given the customer an option for a different set of rims of the same value. I will never recommend anyone to them. They service is extremely bad.
@Hyundai your Used car sales department is really bad and disgusting you disregard your customers and arent bothered at all. Your Sale rep told me to come in and that he would get me that application approved by his fni. Once rejected my messages had been ignored. Will never promote or do business with you'll.
I have order 50 masks and other items via Online App. It show me that they is stock of the mask and online payment went through receiving confirmation via email from TFG. TFG sends me an email stating order as been canceled due to they are out of stock. When I went back on the App. Ordered 50 masks again which shows me that the masks is in stock of the item. Reason why they cancel is because they app messed up the total amount. So it's only fair I pay the price the invoice gives me not for you'll to say it's out of stock. Very disappointed with your service

My experience with them. I've installed a tracking device in my car. Two days after I had install the device, I've met an accident. I pressed the button on the remote, someone called, I asked for help, they asked for my number & said that is all l, they then cut the call. I waited for them to send someone to help me. But no one showed up. I will never recommend them to anyone. Poor service & they still billed me.
Worst service ever. First time I went to buy a product which was on special buy 2 and get the cheapest FREE. The lady at the till says it's not on special. Today I went back to Clicks and I saw it was on special. I went to pay for it she says it's not on special. I took a photo of the price to show them. She calls the supervisor and he says that I can't take pics. It's being after 3weeks since I went back and that product is still not on their system. I am very upset. Waste of my time.
