Deriv steeling my funds
I did receive a message stating that my account was permanently disable because of my proof of address. I have been struggled to load my proof address the last to weeks. As I have more than one residential address I don't know weather I loaded the wrong one or made a mistake. I can give more proof of my address if its necessary but I am not 100% sure what I did wrong to have my account blocked. No one want to answer me how am i getting my funds back

Roaming not activated
Sitting in the USA camt use my sim. This is after I called customer care in SA before I left to make necessary arrangements. I also emailed customer care but no one seems to care.
