I bought a cover in June from istore thinking it would last longer than buying a cheaper cover, 5 months down the line a part of the cover broke immediately the item was taken back to istore because of the part being missing the supplier was not able to fix the item however Istore never offered an alternative resolution to the problem since when does istore sell items/accessories that only last 5 month then breaks ? As to my understanding items are suppose to have a warranty on them of at least 6 month this item probably had no warranty on it, further more after asking them are they not sending the item to the supplier to even evaluated to see it the item broke because of user damage or natural wear and tear I had to suggest this to them then on top of it all they wanted to charge me to have the item collected when I could’ve dropped it off at the istore closest to me it’s now been 3 months and istore had not gotten back to me no reference was provided for the query I logged this will go down by far as the worst service I’ve ever received
This is the 2nd time I’m having this issue with Hollywoodbets where I made a deposit and had my bank generate a proof of payment for the payment that was made send it through to them just to have them say the proof of payment is not valid when all the needed information is on the proof of payment I asked the agent I chatted to other app to have this escalated to their management and this agent ended the conversation when I called in and told them I don’t think my airtime is going to last can they please call me back I was told they don’t do call backs what’s going on with this company this is the worst platform I have dealt with thus far and something need to be done about it
I got gifted 2 items from people not knowing it was the same items I then returned 1 of the item the one that was returned my old device was traded in to get the item at a specials price I’ve been trying to getting this issue resolved with IQOS for the past 2 weeks the item had been collected and my item that was returned to get the item at the price was discarded of now I’m wait for money that needs to be refunded, but I’m not being compensated for an item that I paid R600 for that got discarded of this is pathetic why is it that when you buy something from a store is all rosy but as soon as the item gets returned there’s just so much bull**** a person has to put up with they said they’d call me to discuss this matter after missing their call twice they never tried calling me again, I’m so unhappy that I’d not recommended anyone dealing with IQOS customer service of buying items from them
All weekend I’ve been struggling with having my R50 allocated to my account the payment was made successfully into the account proof of payment has been provided since Friday evening I was told the turnaround time is 48 hours for this to be resolved it’s been 72 hours already and this still has not been resolved the agents are rude and abrupt this is really a reflection of the company and what they stand for waste my time and money trying to call them trying to get this resolved frustration is an understatement
