I did my beautiful set of gelish, both mani and pedi at BOA beauty and bar Mushroom farm Midrand Kyalami Hills and the service was great, from the booking of my appointment online, to the WhatsApp communication, to the salon entrance and finally the nail tech was just absolutely amazing. The beautiful aesthetics is breathtaking and relaxing. I ended up buying their nice flops and the cuticle oil.
Jiaan Royeppen really helped me a lot with my car insurance when I was conflicted with making the right decisions. He explained everything I needed to know patiently. The service was awesome and rewarding.
Just today on the 26th of February 2024. I spent about 30 minutes on the 135\136 customer care line to get help with a recharge that just miraculously vanished. After 30+ minutes of waiting on the line, a customer agent said I should call them back after 2 hours because their system takes that long to update. So this meant I had to wait for 2 hours while somebody dies or continue buying airtime that just kept vanishing. He then escalated my query to the manager who said there’s nothing she can do, was rude and didn’t even want to listen to anything I said and then just hung up the phone. Till now, I have not received any assistance. It takes a whole half an hour to get an option to speak with a customer care agent, which is quite absurd and just ridiculous for MTN to put their customers through such only to wait half an hour to be told to call back in 2 hours.
