Had a failed order 25 Feb and still haven't received my money back, no communication whatsoever, pathetic.
Game took my money 25 Feb, Today is the 13th of March. Despite my emails and numerous phone calls no feedback has been received on when I will get my money back for the so called "Failed Order" which their website states will be refunded in 2 days.
I placed an order on the 29th of November and it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of December, today its the 12 and even after countless phone calls I still do not know when I will receive my order.
