Stop with the rigging of machines and give more free spins.
As a regular Suncoast visitor at the casino.,it no longer is a joy to visit the casino.Before you could go and play with R500 and stay for hours playing on the slots.The machines are rigged so badly that is so terrible.You can sit for almost 2 hours and don't get a free spin.When you eventually do get a free spin it does not even pays you nothing.The machines roll down so fast that you can see it in plain sight that the free spins jump down so fast.The pot closes and which ever one you pic it's always the mini win.Its so sad because one use to enjoy going there to play.All you hear customers these days complaining how the machines only take your money and hardly any free spins.I use to be a frequent slots player ,now I barely go there because they just take and take.Theres no more R10 tables which is sad.Mr Reddy stop *****ing people money and putting in your pocket.Make it a pleasure to go to the casino,not chase customers away.Are you covering up for the cars you giveaway.Why month end you know people get paid and have money you just take and take.Its a shame.You rich enough.Give people a chance.Another thing I noticed is that only 2 races win all the time.Are the cards rigged also.What a shame on you Suncoast casino.

Cancellation Letter outstanding
I took a rent to own from Planet 42 about a year ago.I had endless promises and lies from them.I stopped paying them as the car had was not roadworthy and asked them to give me another car or fix the car.Unfortunatly due to the damage of the car they did not fix it.They assured me that all arrears and cancellation letter I would receive and Nosipho one of the sales persons was so humbling on the phone.She sweet talked me into letter the car go and said that another letter would be given to me once they get the car and we part ways.No such thing.She is a devious snake that did not keep to her word.They have the car and I am emailing her for the letter with no response.Instead they are sending me messages and messages about my arrears,which I was told will be sc****d and we part ways.No such thing.They are the worst people to deal with everything.People stop taking cars from them as you will be sorry.Worst company on the planet to deal with.

Planet 42.disgusting dealership to deal with.
They are the work company to deal with.Last year September I took a rent to own vehicle from them.My husband took a bus to fetch the car.He returned the Sunday home.The Monday I broke down right on the tollgate.Thank God I had my son with me.I phoned them and told them the car broke down at the tollgate.We waited 3 hours to get a tow truck to take the vehicle home.Thank God my husband knows a bit about cars and saw that the gear bolt was almost off the car. We have been having heavy rain and the car flooded with water.I took pictures to show them that it's flooded in the inside.Nothing was done about it.I kept on sending them emails,call,whatsup messages.They kept on putting me through different consultants who did nothing.I went to work in Amanzimtoti and thank God I managed to get to the parking and the fan belt snapped.I phoned them and told them what happened.A guy came and towed the car and fixed the car.He would not release the car until Planet 42 paid him,as he had also bad experiences with them for payment.We both kept on phoning Planet 42 to find out if payment was made as I was far from home.Theu did not pay.I had to take a Uber and pay R500 just to get me home.They released and paid for the car the next day.They then told me to take the car to a RMI mechanic,which I did.The guy sent them the quote of all the damages and was shocked at how they could release a car with so much faults and damages.They did not get back to the mechanic.The car was smelling like a dead corpse because of the dampness.I kept on phoning them and nothing was being done.Every month i made sure that their money was in.In December the car was getting worse still they did nothing after emails,calls and messages.In December I stopped paying them because I was not getting anywhere with Planet 42. They kept on nagging and sending me threatening messages which I to ignored and told them to sort the car out.January came and went.February when they saw I was serious in not paying them,then they decided that I take the car to another RMI mechanic.The mechanic stripped the car and to his disbelief found that the car was not even road worthy.He sent them a quote of the damages and was waiting for payment from Planet 42 to pay him for stripping the car.They did not pay him.The receptionist was so kind to let me take the car home so that my husband could fetch me from work.Up until today they have not paid the mechanic his R715.This is so disgusting.They then tell me in an email that the car is unrepairable and that they are going to uplift the car. This puts me in a situation now as to how do I earn bread and butter to support my family.They put me through so much stress.I would advise that nobody ever deal with them. Also they are so unprofessional they mistakenly sent me someone's details with everything on the other person.This is so bad with the Popi act.This is the way they do business. I did let them know after what they have done and put me through I will ignore their threatening messages and will not pay them.I want people all over to know how they treat people and not deal with them.Its so sad at these time with everything going on in this country that they can do such things to another person.They are disgusting to deal with I hope this message of mine goes to everyone out there.
