Took my car for a service at Hyundai east rand and it came back broken, now I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere
I took my car for a service at the Hyundai dealer in East Rand, trusting that it would be returned to me in good condition. Instead, this morning the car gave me problems immediately after the service — something I did not expect after paying for professional work. I contacted their emergency roadside assistance because my car is stuck, and I was told they would call me back. Hours later, I am still waiting with no update, no support, and no sense of urgency from their side. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not only am I inconvenienced, but I am also left stranded with no communication from a dealership that is supposed to offer reliable after-service support. I genuinely hope Hyundai East Rand improves their customer service and takes responsibility for situations like this. At this point, I can’t say I feel safe or confident with the service I received.
