Skyworth/ Ok furniture
I bought Skyworth tv at OK furniture bellville on Sep 2022. The Skyworth tv just went blank, mind you it didn’t even lasted me 5 years. I tried to contact OK furniture at bellville to tell them the story and the lady on the phone said it’s out of warranty it only has one year warranty I was supposed to do another one online. When I told her I didn’t know about that she said, how she supposed to know coz she was not there by the time I was buying it (I was treated poorly by OK furniture staff, called Ase) how rude ? I’m so disappointed in Skyworth I had hope it was going to last me but the tv failed unusually early.

Dissatisfied Customer
I have been waiting for my parcel for a little over a week now from Courier IT. It is a parcel from MTN Insurance that was due to be delivered, 1 March 2024. Everyday I call in and they send me back and forth to customer services. No communication is made and when I call in they tell me that it was loaded in a vehicle and is being delivered that day. I requested to collect it myself today and they told me that it was already loaded in a vehicle. I also requested to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I am extremely frustrated and displeased.
