Order Stuck on ‘Quality Check' No Communication or Delivery
I bought an Iphone 14 on the 26 Feb got it 5 days later. I am happy with the phone very happy. I then bought one AGAIN in the 28 Feb. I still haven't received it. Please help me out. I see be people getting their orders but not me. Failure to communicate will result in a DEMAND of a refund. No one is responding to my emails This phone was bought on credit. Imagine paying for something that doesnt exist? If this continues I will escalate the matter through my bank for a chargeback and pursue formal consumer protection channels. I expect a prompt response and resolution before I proceed with further action. Here is my order number: 7590711704

Pathetic internet Pathetic Service
A accurate review not just emotions. it cant handle whatsapp calls Every weekend it has no internet. Every weekend. Heavy internet spikes dip during peak hours and plenty of packloss(as in freezes even on YouTube). You can’t get any response within 24hours and the call center drops your call after every 5min. So they constantly under maintenance which means they are not reliable. Birch Acres review? Do Not waste your time
