I really need to leave this bank. I have called 4 times just to try get a proof of payment for a transaction i made. They have been processing it for two weeks now. Two weeks for a POP?! Im closing this account as soon as I receive my POP. Worst bank ever! Imagine having to call just for a POP?!
How are your staff members telling patients there’s a 3hour minimum waiting period before being helped?! What is it we are paying for exactly?! To also only have 1 doctor on call when they know Mondays are the busiest?!
Worst service ever. Both regional offices Johannesburg and Gaborone were unwilling to assist with a ticketing issue they had on their side for a ticket i have paid and have provided the necessary and requested proof for, and instead were pointing fingers from office to office. Imagine the number of international calls i had to make.
