I have complained to these people about the inhumane condition they make me leave in I have logged tickets about not having hot water and have been ignored their technician/handy (Neo)man asked me to knock off early to fix it and still did not pitch Their building manager Tebogo ignored my text,i called the office and Lungile hang up on me Their electricity is ridiculously expensive and charges wven if you have switched off everything and away on vacation the stairs are constantly dirty the cleaning people clean ones a week ,service at their office is horrible Their facial recognition access foever has issues and possess a danger to tenants who drive i have no idea why PPR doesn't take away their license
I got the most disgusting service at Ackermans Sammy marks..i was looking for a white dress for my child which i took the liberty of looking it up online to check availability and it was at Sammy marks,i literally showed the consultant the picture and gave them the SKU number but i was told to look for it the lady handling that department is on lunch i asked for a manger his name is Eunice which i doubt as they didn't even wear name tags he was very rude and condescending towards me infront of other clients proceeded to mock me by asking if i was ok and laughed looking at his phone and the sad part is even though the dress shows it's available in store he himself told me he can't find it since the lady in charge is on lunch..as someone who has experience in retail i know exactly what the procedure should have been..i intended on buying my child some clothes but couldn't even imagine giving my money to a store that has such disgusting service I'm really disappointed.
I am a tenant at Little Manhattan Gardens, to say i am disgusted by the service and how they handle tenants is an understatement, we habe been having an issue of our Dstv dish not working for 3 weeks,we have been advised to log calls on their app but they never respond or communicate, we constantly need to call them asking when we will get assisted,but transferred from pillar to post,i finally called in to ask for management and call centre gave Prudence 's number instead of addressing the issue we are having at our block she got angry that they were never supposed to give me her contact and she will deal with call center and hung up on me,instead of attending to a client 's issue she becane enraged and lost het cool,i am highly disappointed at their incompetence who goes 3 weeks without tv and no communication from the company
