Pathetic. Peak traffic and no robots working and no sign of metro police. Only observed when they collect revenue under the auspices of 'law enforcement' but there is no need for helping public. I don't trust them at all.
Can't write review on from mobile device. I tried a number of times on different days, and it gets stuck after Facebook login. However, I am writing this on desktop version which appears to work better.
Terrible service, rudeness, lack of communication, condescension, unhelpfulness. All this at Eastgate branch. Walked in for first visit to find yawning bored white lady who really didn't want to be there. Told me I need ID and proof of residence but did not specify it needs to be FICA. I came back to face someone new who nudged me to a different teller as he was 'busy'. Then the new teller was not pleasant and told me that I was wrong and defamed my character by hinting that I am a ****. I hope they all get what they deserve.
I have vehicle finance with MFC and have been paying diligently every month. Current fixed interest rate is 16.8%. After enquiring about negotiation of interest rates, I was advised that there is nothing to do for the remainder of the contract (another 5 years) and due to fixed interest rate, they can't relook at it. I believe this interest rate is actually theft from *******ed financial institutions. I am paying over R100 000.00 interest amount on a car that was R189 000.00. This seems grossly unfair and *********.
