My experience with this company in terms of service delivery and how I was spoken to by the staff was disgusting and unprofessional. I used the branch at Bayside Mall in Table View. There website states that certain currencies can be exchanged with there company and when trying to make the exchange I was treated as if I'm stupid because now they won't exchange it. They were dismissive and not interested in being helpful, in particularly the fat dark toned coloured one. At one point, she asked me to write on their form an explanation as to where, when and why I had this currency and while doing just that she started shouting at me to hurry up. They didn't seem to want my money and complained about silly things such as the coloration of the notes, while she had used a gobbed finger crumpling the edges of notes and then not taking some because they weren't pristine. That's a hypocrite in action disguising herself as a professional. There were other things she said that were borderline and carried an uncalled for undertone of intolerance. I had the impression that they felt their job was an unwanted c**** and I wasn't a client, I was an unwanted interruption to their day. Terrible , crass and rude service. There staff need EI training post haste.

Had a bad experience from Travelex Menlyn Mall. The lady there refused to accept my one month old TV licence statement as proof of residence despite listing it in the shop as one of the valid proof of residence document. Her overall attitude was not pleasant!

I would like to raise a concern regarding the unhelpful and rude behavior of your employees during my daughter’s recent interaction. They made her feel as though they were doing her a favor rather than simply performing their duties. Their attitude came across as irritable and dismissive, which is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate a courtesy call from a manager who is willing to address this behavior and ensure that such conduct is not repeated.

Terrible service, rudeness, lack of communication, condescension, unhelpfulness. All this at Eastgate branch. Walked in for first visit to find yawning bored white lady who really didn't want to be there. Told me I need ID and proof of residence but did not specify it needs to be FICA. I came back to face someone new who nudged me to a different teller as he was 'busy'. Then the new teller was not pleasant and told me that I was wrong and defamed my character by hinting that I am a ****. I hope they all get what they deserve.
