I would like to raise a concern regarding the unhelpful and rude behavior of your employees during my daughter’s recent interaction. They made her feel as though they were doing her a favor rather than simply performing their duties. Their attitude came across as irritable and dismissive, which is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate a courtesy call from a manager who is willing to address this behavior and ensure that such conduct is not repeated.
I made payment on the 24th Aug and to date i have not been connected. I have called and everyday been told someone will call back within 48 hours, their whattsapp bot service is useless. I am so angry right now, i just want my money so i can go to another service provider. If you are gonna call me to tell me to wait another five weeks.. Don't bother calling me.. Your service sucks!
On 09/05 I emailed ********** requesting one of your consultants to contact me regarding a payment query. The following day I had received no response and called into the call center and dealt with Darren, who assisted me efficiently, however, I requested that he email me confirmation that my query had been resolved. By the 14/05 I had still not received an email from your team and sent through another email to ********** requesting a senior to contact me. To date, I have not received any response!....is this what you call Customer Service? I doubt I will receive a response from momentum after this review.
I have previously made payment arrangements with your company due to me being on maternity leave, I advised that I would be a slow payer. I advised the call center agent that I could afford to pay R300 and once back at work , I would square up my account again . Every month I would receive a call , having to explain myself all over again. I didnt appreciate the service /attitude I received from your agents(unfortunately didnt get the name). One of the agents I dealt with spoke over my voice every time I tried to explain. I have been ignoring further calls from your call center as I refuse to have to explain myself after making payment arrangements. I returmed back to work April 20th, of which I only received my basic salary again end of May. I now receive threatening sms from your team advising I will be handed over to tracing. I have been making payment every month, might not been able to make the installment but I made a payment. I dont feel the service I received was excellent at all.
