Had a bad experience from Travelex Menlyn Mall. The lady there refused to accept my one month old TV licence statement as proof of residence despite listing it in the shop as one of the valid proof of residence document. Her overall attitude was not pleasant!
I booked fir minor service and battery replacement. The mechanic came with a wrong battery. The minor service was done. He went back with the battery and after a 2 days I was told that the right battery was ready. The mechanic came and fitted it in. After a week, the battery warning light is back. I took the car to Mercedez benz and it turns out that the battery fitted in is still not the right one. A 652 was fitted in instead of a 658 - AGM. I have requested them to come and take the battery back for a refund. I am waiting for feedback. I chose them for convenience but has ended up being inconvinienced.

I ordered size 5 boots online more than a month ago. They delivered one boot size five and the other size 6. I followed their procedure for returns. A courier that brought the items was supposed to come and collect the item but they would just call to arrange courier and never pitched up to collect. I called their customer support numerous times but nothing happened despite promising to solve it. Up to now I have not yet received my refund!!
<p>I bought a unipin voucher for R1000 on 15 May 2017 . When tried to redeem the voucher I did not get the electricity token. I called my unipin number, the guy on the other end asked for my cell phone number and afterwards said that he could not see my cellphone number. I should phone whoever installed our meter!!! I Sent the voucher serial number to the number stated on their website and even emailed it to support @myunipin but have not received any response up to now. They claim that they provide 24Hr Customer Service! Which service?? I am taking this further!</p>
